Announcement of the Fiscal Year 2025 Active Reserve Graduate Education Program (AR GEP) Selection Panel Results
This MARADMIN announces the selection results for the Fiscal Year 2025 Active Reserve Graduate Education Program (AR GEP). Two Active Reserve officers were selected to attend the Naval Postgraduate School: one for Manpower System Analysis (MSA 847) and one for Financial Management (FM 837). Both selectees will incur three-year utilization tours at Headquarters Marine Corps upon graduation.

1. The following officers were selected by the Fiscal Year 2025 AR GEP selection panel. The selectees will report to Naval Postgraduate School for their respective courses of study. 2. Manpower System Analysis (MSA) 847: Grade Last Name First Name MI O4 Tryon Thomas C. 3. Financial Management (FM) 837: Grade Last Name First Name MI O4 Krolicki Andrew J. 4. Participation in the GEP MSA 847 curriculum incurs a three-year utilization tour within the Manpower Plans Section, Reserve Affairs Division, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) immediately upon graduation. 5. Participation in the FM 837 curriculum incurs a three-year utilization tour in the Programs and Resources Department, HQMC immediately upon graduation. 6. Selection by the panel and release of this MARADMIN constitutes an issuance of orders for the selected officers. 7. This MARADMIN is applicable only to the Active Reserve. 8. Release authorized by Major General Karl D. Pierson, Director, Reserve Affairs Division.
