FY20 Recruiting Station Commanding Officer (RSCO) Selections
This MARADMIN announces the selection of 15 Marine officers to serve as Recruiting Station Commanding Officers (RSCOs) beginning in 2020, along with one officer selected as Director of Recruiters School. The message also identifies 17 alternate officers for RSCO positions and one alternate for the Director position, with alternates to be screened for professional education programs in FY20.

1. The purpose of this message is to announce those officers who were selected for assignment as Recruiting Station Commanding Officers beginning in 2020 and to publish a list of selected alternates.<br>
2. Marine Corps Recruiting Command is dedicated to recruiting high quality men and women from across our nation to earn the title "Marine". To reinforce and continue ongoing recruiting success, the Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs convened a board of 13 senior officers to review the records of all eligible candidates and select 15 as recruiting station commanding officers. Additionally, the board selected 17 alternates. Demonstrated leadership and the potential to operate effectively in this unique, independent duty environment were among the factors considered in the selection process.<br>
