Marine Corps Aviation Association Award (MCAA) Uniform Requirements Change Two

This MARADMIN announces the second change to uniform requirements for the 2003 Marine Corps Aviation Association (MCAA) Awards Ceremony to comply with II MEF seasonal uniform changes effective October 20, 2003. The message specifies different uniform requirements for each event: Service C with ribbons for the reception/luncheon, civilian casual for the symposium, and Evening Dress (or Dress Blue A for those not required to possess Evening Dress) for the awards banquet.

1. THIS MESSAGE ANNOUNCES CHANGE TWO TO THE UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS 
FOR MCAA AWARDS CEREMONY TO COMPLY WITH II MEF SEASONAL UNIFORM 
CHANGE EFFECTIVE 20 OCT 2003.
2. A.  WELCOME ABOARD RECEPTION/AWARDS LUNCHEON:  SERVICE C WITH 
RIBBONS.
B.  AVIATION SYMPOSIUM:  CIVILIAN CASUAL. 
C.  AWARDS BANQUET:  EVENING DRESS.  MARINES WHO ARE NOT REQUIRED 
TO POSSESS EVENING DRESS, DRESS BLUE A.
D.  FOR THOSE ENLISTED MARINES WHO DO NOT POSSESS THE DRESS BLUE A 
UNIFORM, SERVICE DRESS A IS AUTHORIZED.
E.  SERVICE DRESS A IS ALSO AUTHORIZED FOR DEPLOYED PERSONNEL.
