Inspector General of the Marine Corps Defense Organizational Climate Survey of the Marine Corps Aviator Community

The Inspector General of the Marine Corps (IGMC) is conducting a Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) of the Marine Corps Aviator Community to assess command climate. All 75XX Marine aviators and flight students are encouraged to participate in the anonymous survey, which will be open from September 26, 2022, through October 21, 2022.

1.  Purpose.  This MARADMIN announces the Inspector  General of the Marine Corps (IGMC) Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) of the Marine Corps' Aviator Community.
2.  IGMC seeks input concerning the overall command climate of the Marine Corps' Aviator Community.
3.  Maximum participation is critical to this assessment and highly encouraged.  Marines' opinions are necessary to help accurately assess the current command climate of the Marine Corps' Aviator Community across the training commands, Fleet Marine Forces, and supporting establishment.  All responses are anonymous and will be used solely by IGMC for the intended purpose of this assessment.  
4.  This MARADMIN is applicable to all 75XX Marine aviators and flight students.  These individuals should receive an email with the survey code and instructions for completion.  The survey will be open from 0001 Central Time, 26 September 2022, until 2359 Central Time, 21 October 2022.  If you believe this message is applicable, but did not receive an email, please contact the point of contact listed above.
