Computerized Marine Mishap Tracking Log (Martrak)
MARADMIN 488/03 announces the immediate mandatory implementation of the Marine Mishap Tracking Log (MARTRAK) Version 2.0, a computerized system for reporting ground mishaps to the Naval Safety Center. The updated version includes enhanced reporting capabilities, improved pick-lists, and automatic data population features, and is available for download from the Safety Division website.

THE MARINE MISHAP LOG (MARTRAK) VERSION 2.0 AND DIRECTIONS FOR INSTALLATION ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD ON THE GROUND PAGE OF THE SAFETY DIVISION WEBSITE AT HTTP://WWW.HQMC.USMC.MIL/SAFETYWEB.NSF. 2. MARTRAK VERSION 2.0 CHANGES INCLUDE THE ABILITY TO RUN ADDITIONAL REPORTS, LIST MULTIPLE PERSONNEL ON A SINGLE ENTRY, IMPROVED PICK-LISTS, AND AUTOMATIC POPULATION OF MISHAP CLASS, DUTY STATUS AND INJURY COSTS. 3. USE OF MARTRAK VERSION 2.0 IS MANDATORY IMMEDIATELY. MARTRAK IS USED TO REPORT GROUND MISHAPS TO THE NAVAL SAFETY CENTER. MONTHLY REPORTS COVER THE FIRST THROUGH THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH AND MUST BE SUBMITTED USING MARTRAK 2.0 BY THE 15TH OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
