1. This MARADMIN announces an update to reference (a) and a temporary means to update Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) records for the FY23 Sergeant Major through Master Sergeant Selection Board due to degradation of Manpower Management Record and Performance's (MMRP-20) organizational inbox.
2. The above mentioned degradation prevents MMRP-20 from receiving e-mail submissions requesting OMPF updates. MMRP-20's organizational e-mail will send auto-generated responses stating that the "organizational mailbox is currently full." HQMC is working quickly to resolve the issue.
3. In response to the above degradation, Marines in the eligible population should submit their OMPF update materials directly to the Enlisted Promotions organizational e-mail at enlistedpromotions@usmc.mil in order to be briefed on the FY23 Sergeant Major through Master Sergeant Board.
a. Ensure the e-mail subject line reads "OMPF Update Material for the FY23 Sergeant Major through Master Sergeant Selection Board."
b. Properly label each file attachment as (EDIPI_OMPFupdate). If more than one file attachment is applicable, label additional files using Arabic numerals included in parenthesis, i .e. EDIPI_OMPFupdate(2).
c. E-mails and files not appropriately labeled IAW paragraph 3.a. and 3.b. may not be processed in a timely manner.
4. All OMPF update material must be received by Enlisted Promotions no later than 2359, 3 October 2022 in order to be viewed by the Board.
5. No other board correspondence will be accepted.
6. Marines in the eligible population are required to resubmit OMPF update material to MMRP-20 at a future date to ensure it is included in their record. MMPR-2 will not forward any documents to MMRP-20.
7. Marines who do not comply with the update timelines in this MARADMIN will not rate remedial consideration IAW reference (b).
8. Release authorized by MajGen Michael J. Borgschulte, Director, Manpower Management Division.
