C4 ITM COI Leadership Summit (1-3 Nov 05) After Action Message
This MARADMIN reports the results of the C4 Information Technology Management (ITM) Community of Interest (COI) Fall 2005 Leadership Summit held 1-3 November 2005. The summit brought together IT civilian workforce leaders from across the Marine Corps to discuss workforce management issues, review strategic goals, and develop Position Requirements Documents (PRDs) for IT positions. Seven specific tasks were directed as follow-up actions, and the next summit is scheduled for Spring 2006.

1. PURPOSE. REPORT RESULTS OF THE 1-3 NOV 2005, C4 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT (ITM) COMMUNITY OF INTEREST (COI) FALL 2005 LEADERSHIP SUMMIT. THE C4 ITM COI, SPONSORED AND CHAIRED BY THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR C4, PROVIDES A FORUM TO DISCUSS ISSUES OF CONCERN TO THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) CIVILIAN WORKFORCE, TO THE MARINE CORPS, AND TO THE ITM COMMUNITY WITHIN THE MILITARY.
