Reactivation of the Command and Marine Profile Application
This MARADMIN announces the reactivation of the Command Profile and Marine Profile applications, which were previously deactivated due to security concerns. Command Profile will be available to all Marines with CAC access via the M&RA portal, while Marine Profile will have controlled access limited to specific billets requiring System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) approval through local MISSO offices.

1. Command Profile was an application created by Manpower Information Systems Division (MI) to support information sharing with stakeholders internal to Manpower and Reserve Affairs(M&RA). The Command Profile application displayed data at the enterprise level that, when linked to Marine Profile, exposed potential vulnerabilities to personal identifiable information.<br>
2. Application. The legacy Command Profile will be reactivated upon release of this MARADMIN with an end date of no later than 25 April 2024. Access to Command Profile will be available for all United States Marine Corps common access card holders with access to the M&RA portal.<br>
2.a. Marine profile will be reactivated as a stand-alone application with controlled access. Access will be limited to members in the following billets and offices once a System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) is approved for the following:<br>
1. Administration Chiefs, G-1 Manpower Chiefs, G-1 Operation Chiefs,<br>
Adjutants, Manpower Officers, Personnel Officers<br>
2. Occupational Field Sponsors (Note 1)<br>
3. Command Leadership (Commanding Officers, Executive Officers,<br>
Sergeants Major, First Sergeants, Company/Squadron Gunnery Sergeants)<br>
4. Headquarters Marine Corps, Marine Expeditionary Force, Major Subordinate<br>
Command Military Manpower Analyst<br>
5. Director Marine Corps Staff personnel<br>
6. Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Staff<br>
7. Inspector General Marine Corps/Command Inspector General Staff (Note 2)<br>
8. Major Subordinate Command G-Shop Assistant Chiefs of Staff and<br>
Chiefs (Note 3)<br>
9. Offices of Staff Judge Advocates<br>
10. Regional and Defense Trial Investigators<br>
11. Naval Criminal Investigative Service Offices<br>
12. Criminal Investigation Department<br>

Note 1: Only Occupational Field (OccField) sponsors listed on the Master OccField Manager/ Military Occupational Specialty sponsor roster that is maintained by Total Force Structure Division will have enterprise access to both Command and Marine Profile.<br>
Note 2: Inspector General Staff only and not augmented inspectors.<br>
Note 3: G Shop Chiefs are the Senior Enlisted Advisors in (G1-G10, etc).<br>
3. Implementation. MI will activate Command Profile without the Marine Profile application for enterprise use.<br>
4. Personnel requiring access to Marine Profile will request access by completing a SAAR and submitting to their local Manpower Information Systems Support Office (MISSO) per reference (b).<br>
5. This MARADMIN will remain in effect until superseded or canceled, whichever occurs first.<br>
6. Command Profile and Marine Profile contain Controlled Unclassified Information which must be protected under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552) and/or the Privacy Act of 1974 (5U.S.C. 552a). Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of this information may result in disciplinary action, criminal, and/or civil penalties. The information contained in, or attached to, this communication is legally privileged, confidential, and intended for use only by the individual (s) or entity to which it is transmitted. Any other use of this communication is strictly prohibited.<br>
7. This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.<br>
