1. Purpose. This MARADMIN announces the availability of the Military Leader's Economic Security Toolkit. 2. Background. Economic security is critical to mission readiness. The Defense Department is on a mission to make sure our service members can perform at peak level. This toolkit helps leaders support the economic and financial security of their service members by providing insights that facilitate discussion to ensure they ask the right questions and quickly connect at-risk members with the correct resources. Topics include housing challenges, food security, expenses associated with Permanent Change of Station orders, and financial well-being. 3. The Military Leader's Economic Security Toolkit can be accessed at the following link: https:(SLASH) (SLASH)www.militaryonesource.mil/leaders-service-providers/economic-security/. 4. This MARADMIN applies to Leaders at all levels within the Marine Corps to include the Active Duty, members of the Select Marine Corps Reserve, Marines on Active Duty Operational Support Orders, their family members, and, when authorized by law, other populations such as civilian personnel. 5.
