Female Dress Blue Coat Mandatory Possession Date Extension

This MARADMIN extends the mandatory possession date for the new female dress blue coat from 1 October 2022 to 1 April 2023 due to supply chain issues causing shortages at military clothing facilities. Female Marines may wear either the old or new dress blue coat until the extended deadline.

Issued: October 18, 2022
1. The reference established the mandatory possession date for the new female dress blue coat (FDBC) as 1 October 2022, and the obsoletion date of the old female dress blue coat as 30 September 2022. Due to supply chain issues, there is a shortage of the new FDBC in many military clothing facilities.
