1. Purpose. Per CMC guidance in reference A, reference B is hereby cancelled and will not be revised. 2. All Marine Corps orders citing reference B shall be revised. 3. In reference A, CMC states, "to be clear, the Deputy Commandant for Combat Development and Integration has primary responsibility for all Marine Corps Force Development, with all other Deputy Commandants in support as '"advocates"' who can provide subject matter expertise in their respective fields, rather than as '"advocates"' who direct force development action." 4.
