Fiscal Year 2025 Acquisition Command Screening: Selection of the Commanding Officer, Marine Aviation Detachment, Naval Air Station Patuxent River

1.  On 18 October 2024, a panel consisting of three 
General Officers convened to screen eligible colonels for assignment 
to colonel acquisition command as the Commanding Officer of Marine 
Aviation Detachment, Naval Air Station Patuxent River.
2.  Command screening ensures that Marines receive the best possible
leadership while providing all eligible officers with a fair and 
equitable opportunity to compete for command.
3. Board results
3.a.  The following officer is approved as a primary selectee for 
colonel acquisition command:

3.b.  The panel did not select any alternates.
3.c.  MMOA-3 will place a letter annotating selection in the 
official military personnel file of the officer selected as a 
primary.
4.  Coordinating instructions
4.a.  Primary selectee.  The primary selectee shall accept or 
decline via an email to his monitor listed in paragraph (5) NLT 29 
November 2024.
4.b.  The officer slated to command will schedule his attendance to
the Cornerstone: Commandant's Combined Commandership Program prior 
to, or shortly after, assuming command.  The point of contact for
