This MARADMIN announces the FY19 Foreign Area Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (FAS) Program selection panel results for full and partial study tracks. One Marine, MSgt K.K. Kleczek (E8, PMOS 6019, AMOS 8237), was selected for the partial study track focusing on the Europe region and will attend the Naval Postgraduate School for the National Security Affairs Regional Security Studies Certificate Program.
