Update to MARADMIN 492-23 and MARADMIN 493-23 to Correct WOBC Report Date

This MARADMIN corrects an administrative error in two previous MARADMINs (492/23 and 493/23) regarding the Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC) report date at The Basic School (TBS). The correct report date is 16 January 2024, not 17 January 2024 as previously stated.
