Update to FY21 MOS Manual Requirement for PMOS 2611

This MARADMIN updates the training requirements for Primary Military Occupational Specialty (PMOS) 2611 by removing the Tactical SIGINT Operators Course (TSOC) from the training track. The Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) in Pensacola, FL remains the only required course for MOS 2611, with changes to be reflected in the FY22 MOS Manual.

1.  In coordination with Training and Education Command and Manpower & Reserve Affairs, the Occupational Field Manager for Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 2611 has determined that requirement 1 in reference (a, para 3122.2.c.1), complete the Tactical SIGINT Operators Course (TSOC) (F07CVT1) at Good Fellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX is obsolete.  This course is hereby deleted from the training track for MOS 2611.
1.a.  The remaining requirement (3122.2.c.2) to complete the Joint Cyber Analysis (JCAC) Course (N23CUQ1), Pensacola, FL remains valid and will be the only course in the training track for MOS 2611.
1.b.  These changes will be reflected in the upcoming draft FY22 MOS Manual.
