MARADMIN 591/05 cancels the C4 Planners Course (C4PC) 1-06 to allow MCCES and Communications School instructors to jointly develop a new Communications Chief Course for MOS 0699. The cancellation supports the planned relocation of the course to MCCES at Twentynine Palms, California during Academic Year 2006.
