Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) Active Reserve (AR) Career Planner of the Year Award Results

This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2022 Commandant of the Marine Corps Active Reserve Career Planner of the Year Award. Sergeant A. J. Diaz from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 49 was selected as the winner, with Sergeant J. K. Johnson from 3d Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company named as runner-up.

1.  This MARADMIN announces the results of the 2022 CMC Active Reserve (AR) Career Planner of the Year selection board.<br>
2.  The CMC Career Planner of the Year Board was established to recognize outstanding performance within the Active Reserve career planner force.<br>
3.  Per the references, on 3 November 2022, a selection board convened to consider the nominations submitted.  All nominees had exemplary records indicating noteworthy leadership and ability.  Competition was exceptionally keen.  The results of the board are as follows:<br>
    a.  AR Career Planner of the Year:  Sergeant A. J. Diaz, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.<br>
    b.  AR Career Planner of the Year Runner up:  Sergeant J. K. Johnson, 3d Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, Force Headquarters Group.<br>
4.  Coordinating instructions regarding the travel and funding for the winners for the awards ceremony will be released via separate correspondence.<br>
5.  Congratulations to those selected and all who were nominated.  Your performance in a vital area is commendable and has directly impacted the Marine Corps in a positive and enduring manner.  Keep charging.<br>
