Update to FY22 MOS Manual Requirements for PMOS 0399

This MARADMIN updates the requirements for Primary Military Occupational Specialty (PMOS) 0399, removing the Fire Support Coordination Center (FSCC) Course as a prerequisite. Marines with PMOS 0369 will now obtain PMOS 0399 upon successful completion of the Operations and Tactics Instructor Chief Course and promotion to Master Sergeant.

1.  Per reference (a), as a requirement for the 0399 Primary Military Occupational Specialty (PMOS), Marines are required to complete the Fire Support Coordination Center (FSCC) Course (N03APJ1) prior to being awarded the PMOS.
2.  In coordination with Training and Education Command, the below change will be reflected in the FY22 MOS Manual.
3.  Marines with PMOS 0369 will obtain the PMOS 0399 upon successful completion of the Operations and Tactics Instructor Chief Course (M09HE35), Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG), Twentynine Palms, CA and promotion to Master Sergeant.
3.a.  (para 3101.20.c.2) Must complete the Fire Support Coordination Center (FSCC) Course (N03APJI) will be removed from the MOS manual and is no longer a requirement.
4.  All Master Sergeants currently holding PMOS 0369 will be assigned the 0399 Primary Military Occupational Specialty upon graduation of Operations and Tactics Instructor Chief Course (M09HE35).  Marines will need to coordinate with their local Personnel Administration Center to ensure the MOS is updated in the Marine Corps Total Force System.
5.  The above changes are effective as of release of this message and will be reflected in the FY22 MOS Manual.
6.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
