This MARADMIN authorizes January 2025 promotions for Lance Corporals to Corporal and Corporals to Sergeant in the Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR), Individual Ready Reserve (IRR), and Active Reserve (AR). Cutting scores are available in MCTFS, and the command cutoff date for promotion consideration is 30 November 2024.

1. This MARADMIN is the promotion authority for all LCpls and Cpls of the SMCR, IRR, and AR. Cutting scores are available in the Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS) after the current month select grades post. Print the current month cutting scores and attach with this MARADMIN for future reference. 2.
