Availability of MCTP 13-10J Vol I, Naval Mine Warfare

1.  Purpose.  The Commanding General, Training and Education Command, published Marine Corps Tactical Publication (MCTP) 13-10J, Naval Mine Warfare Vol I, dated June 2020.  MCTP 13-10J is available for download via the United States Marine Corps doctrine website at https://homeport.usmc.mil/sites/mcdoctrine/SitePages/Home.aspx.
2.  Background.  MCTP 13-10J provides a top-level overview of mine warfare from the operational level and establishes links to other documents critical to mine warfare planning and execution.  The Navy designated this naval publication as Navy Warfare Publication 3-15M Vol I, Naval Mine Warfare.
2.a.  This Publication is for use by commanders and staff who are responsible for planning and executing mine warfare operations.
2.b.  This Publication cancels MCTP 13-10J, Naval Mine Warfare Vol I, dated November 2010 with Erratum 2 May 2016.
