Delay Dependent Travel (DDT) and Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) for Members with PCS Orders to MCB Camp Lejeune

This MARADMIN encourages Marines with PCS orders to MCB Camp Lejeune to request Delay Dependent Travel (DDT) and Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) at a location other than their permanent duty station due to housing shortages caused by Hurricane Florence. BAH waivers may be requested through the chain of command with battalion/squadron commander endorsement.

Finance Personnel Logistics

1.  IAW ref (a), BAH waivers may be requested by Marines to CMC (MMIB-3) via the chain of command, with a battalion/squadron commander (or equivalent) endorsement.<br>
2.  Marines who are in receipt of PCS orders to MCB CamLej are encouraged to request DDT with BAH at location other than PDS due to Hurricane Florence and the subsequent lack of available housing aboard MCB CamLej and the surrounding areas.<br>
3.  Contact your local Installation Personnel Administration Center or unit administrative office for details/assistance.<br>
