Announcement of the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Leadership School

This MARADMIN announces a major change to the Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME) continuum by consolidating the Staff Sergeant Career School and Gunnery Sergeant Advanced School into a single "SNCO Leadership School." The new school will be offered in resident (7 weeks), seminar (15 weeks), and reserve component (2 weeks) formats, with pilots beginning in March-April 2025. Marines who have already completed legacy Career or Advanced Schools and the appropriate MarineNet courses (EPME6000 or EPME7000) will be considered PME complete for their grade.
