FY21 CMC Career Planner of the Year Award Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY21 CMC Career Planner of the Year Award Board. GySgt Irving G. Silva from 3d Marine Regiment was selected as Career Planner Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Year, and SSgt Ethan W. Branch from Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations-Pacific was selected as Career Planner of the Year.

1. Purpose. To announce the results of the 2021 Career Planner Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge and Career Planner of the Year Board.<br> 2. Background. The CMC Career Planner Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge and Career Planner of the Year Board was established to recognize outstanding performance within the active duty career planner force.<br> 3. Per the refs, on 9 November 2021, a selection board convened to consider the nominations submitted. All nominees had exemplary records indicating noteworthy leadership and ability. Competition was exceptionally keen. The results of the board are as follows: Career Planner Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge: GySgt Irving G. Silva, 3d Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division Career Planner of the Year: SSgt Ethan W. Branch, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations-Pacific.<br> 4. Coordinating instructions regarding the travel and funding for the winners for the awards ceremony will be released via separate correspondence.<br> 5. Congratulations to those selected and all who were nominated. Your performance in a vital area is commendable and has directly impacted the Marine Corps in a positive and enduring manner.
