FY22 CMC Career Planner of the Year Award Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY22 Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) Career Planner of the Year Award Board. SSgt Elvis N. Saikaly from 3d Battalion, 3d Marine Regiment was selected as Career Planner of the Year, with Sgt Victoria Robinson from 9th Engineer Support Battalion selected as runner-up.

1. Purpose. To announce the results of the 2022 Career Planner of the Year Board.<br> 2. Background. The CMC Career Planner of the Year Board was established to recognize outstanding performance within the active duty career planner force.<br> 3. Per the reference, on 3 November 2022, a selection board convened to consider the nominations submitted. All nominees had exemplary records indicating noteworthy leadership and ability. Competition was exceptionally keen. The results of the board are as follows:<br> Career Planner of the Year:<br> SSgt Elvis N. Saikaly, 3d Battalion, 3d Marine Regiment, 3d Marine Division.<br> Career Planner of the Year Runner-up:<br> Sgt Victoria Robinson, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3d Marine Logistic Group.<br> 4.
