This MARADMIN announces Change 1 to the publication of Fiscal Years 2020 through 2040 Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOE). The Total Force Structure Division updated the Authorized Strength Report (ASR) data on 30 October 2019, which serves as the baseline for future adjustments as the Force Development process continues in compliance with the Commandant's Planning Guidance.

Total Force Structure Division (TFSD) updated the published Authorized Strength Report (ASR) data for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 through FY 2040 Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOE) on 30 October 2019. Reference (a) remains applicable.<br> 2. This update serves as the baseline from which we will adjust as the Force Development process continues. This ASR will undoubtedly change as we make adjustments needed to comply with the Commandant's Planning Guidance.<br> 3. This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.<br> 4.
