Change 1 to Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) Headquarters Marine Corps Special Duty Assignment Volunteer Period (SDAVP)
This MARADMIN announces an extension of the Fiscal Year 2023 Headquarters Marine Corps Special Duty Assignment Volunteer Period (SDAVP) from 31 December 2021 to 28 February 2022. Additionally, Marines previously disqualified for tattoos may now be eligible for Special Duty Assignment opportunities and are encouraged to apply.

1. This message announces a change to Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Special Duty Assignment Volunteer Period (SDAVP). The FY23 SDAVP has been extended from 31 December 2021 to 28 February 2022.<br> 2. Marines that have been disqualified for tattoos in the past may now be eligible for SDA opportunities and are encouraged to submit a request for assignment.<br> 3.
