Solicitation for Participation in the Marine Corps Enforcement of Standards Survey

This MARADMIN solicits participation in the Marine Corps Enforcement of Standards Survey, which seeks input from Active and Reserve Marines (lance corporal and above) to assess whether leaders have adequate tools to enforce high standards of performance and conduct. The anonymous survey closes on 15 January 2021, and maximum participation is encouraged to provide Headquarters Marine Corps with a comprehensive understanding of leadership challenges across the Fleet.

1.  This message solicits participation in the Marine Corps Enforcement of Standards Survey.
2.  Reference A directs a review Marine Corps policies to ensure leaders have the tools to lead, educate, train, supervise, and enforce high standards of performance and conduct.  This survey seeks input from Marines throughout the operating forces and supporting establishment to gather data and determine what, if any, changes are necessary to allow leaders to ensure high performance and high standards at their level.  The survey is open to Active and Reserve Marines in the grades of lance corporal and above.  Survey responses are anonymous, but will collect demographic data.
3.  Maximum participation is encouraged.  Commanders shall ensure widest dissemination of this message.  The Marine Corps needs input from leaders at all levels to ensure Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps has a full picture of the challenges faced by leaders across the Fleet and if there are any obstacles that limit effective leadership.  This survey will close 15 January 2021.
