Results of the Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19) Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) Board
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2019 Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) selection board held on December 12, 2018. Thirteen Marines (grades E6-E8) were selected for EOA training at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, with assignments to various commands worldwide. Three additional Marines were selected as alternates.

Marines selected will attend the EOA course at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida via Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) orders as assigned. All TAD and follow on PCSO/PCAO for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate correspondence.<br> 5. Marines are required to have obligated service prior to attending DEOMI (36 months from date of graduation). Those Marines that do not have the obligated service are required to submit via the Total Force Retention System (TFRS). Requests to retire prior to the completion of the 36 months from date of graduation, will not recieve favorable endorsement.<br> 6. All slated class dates and future command assignments are subject to change based on the needs of the Marine Corps and the requirements of the EOA program.<br> 7.
