Announcement of Interim Return to Active Duty Board for Marine Aviators
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Interim Return to Active Duty (RAD) Board for Marine aviators that convened on November 9, 2020. Twelve officers across various aviation military occupational specialties (PMOS) have been selected and will be recommended to the Secretary of Defense for active component appointments through a scrolling process that may take 120 days or more.

1. This MARADMIN announces the results of the Interim Return to Active Duty (RAD) Board. The board convened 9 November 2020. The below listed officers will be recommended to the Secretary of Defense for active component appointments through the scrolling process. The scrolling process may take 120 days or more to accomplish. If approved, officers will be contacted by MMOA for completion of appointment paperwork and transfer to the active component. Upon being joined to the active component, selected officers may contact their gaining active component PMOS monitor (MMOA-2). RAD selectees will serve on active duty for their contract length or until reaching mandatory separation. The start date for each tour will be the date the officer formally joins the active component. MMOA-3 will coordinate this with each selectee individually following approval by the Secretary of Defense.<br> 3. MMOA will not guarantee assignment to a requested billet or geo-location.
