Announcement of the Fiscal Year 2021 Commandant of the Marine Corps Combined Awards Ceremony Recipients and Ceremony Conduct
This MARADMIN announces the recipients of the Fiscal Year 2021 Commandant of the Marine Corps Combined Awards in six categories, including Career Planner, Drill Instructor, Marine Combat Instructor, Recruiter, Prior Service Recruiter, and Marine Security Guard of the Year. Due to COVID-19 guidance, the in-person ceremony has been cancelled, but commands are authorized to recognize their Marines locally.

1. In accordance with reference (a), this Marine Administrative Message (MARADMIN) announces the Fiscal Year 2021 Commandant of the Marine Corps Combined Awards Ceremony recipients. 2. On behalf of the Commandant of the Marine Corps, the Commanding General of Training and Education takes pleasure in congratulating the following Marines on their selection: M&RA Award: Career Planner of the Year: GySgt Ethan W. Parlette - HQ PSRS 8 8MCD MCESG Award: Marine Security Guard of the Year: Sgt Kevin O. Hernandez - MCESG REGION 3 3. Due to the provisions contained within reference (b), the in-person Fiscal Year 2021 ceremony has been cancelled. Commands are authorized to recognize their Marines in accordance with reference (a). 4. Additional details for the Fiscal Year 2022 Commandant of the Marine Corps Combined Awards Ceremony will be published via MARADMIN at a later date. 5.
