Fiscal Year 2021 Schedule of Aviation Training and Readiness Manual and Training Management Team Working Groups
This MARADMIN announces the Fiscal Year 2021 schedule for Aviation Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual Working Groups and Training Management Team (TMT) reviews across all Marine Corps aviation occupational fields. The message provides detailed schedules for working groups covering various aircraft platforms, maintenance specialties, and aviation support functions, with sessions scheduled from December 2020 through November 2021 at various locations, though many will be conducted virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions.

1. This message announces the aviation fiscal year (FY) 2021 training and readiness manual working group and training management team (TMT) review battle rhythm. 2. Per references (a) through (c), aviation T&R working groups focus on the review, revision, and validation of T&R manuals. They are a service level review by subject matter experts of an occupational field's training and education continuum. Aviation TMT working groups identify and prioritize training gaps per reference (d). 3. All aviation T&R working groups and TMT working groups are conducted on a not-to-interfere basis with the 2021 mission essential task/mission essential task list and T&R manual review battle rhythm in support of future service capabilities and force design. 4. The aviation FY 2021 T&R manual and TMT working group schedule is provided below. The dates are subject to change based on occupational field requirements. Although locations are listed, individual working groups will be conducted virtually to the maximum extent practicable in light of COVID-19 restrictions. An announcement will be released per references (b) through (d) prior to each working group, confirming dates and location. 5.
